Hi All,
How do you send an e-mail to multiple people from the Outlook Express contact list view? If you hit enter on a name, it automatically begins a new e-mail. I know there's some stupid thing with holding down the arrows and selecting, but I need more of a copy function, since I want to send a big mass e-mail and not do it all in one hugely long keystroke, if that makes sense. Help me please! I feel dumb.
Thanks,
Caitlin
Caitlin,
Caitlin,
Just saw what you said.
After you press "enter" and that email message gets opened, you can press control plus home, and then go through your list one at a time, deleting the addresses that you don't want the email to go to.
Because realistically, there's no other way to send to only certain people (unless you creat a group.... which is vastly confusing if you're not sure how to do even this...)
And you don't want to use the selecting by holding down "control" and arrowing down, pressing space on a contact's name if you want them to be included, skipping it if you don't.
Ugg now this post looks messed up, and the first one looked all nice and neat and orderly, should I really post this?
Ugg.
Um...I totally didn't get this. Um...I'm sorry I'm so dense. But I can't do it. I deleted stuff and it got deleted all together, not just from that list. It said something about identities. Yeah...I'm stupid.
Maybe making a group would be easier? But is there an easier way to select people? Because it seems rather tedious at first. Dude. Why does this have to be so difficult? Or am I just...pathetic? Wait...No one answer that.
